Navigating trauma takes a village.
“Tala” means star in the Filipino language, and my given name also means star (in Spanish). Stars don’t erase the dark; they guide you through it.
That’s what I aim to be — a steady, compassionate support as you move through what’s hard and toward what’s possible.
Going through trauma is hard.
And I’m here to support you.
Going through trauma is hard. It can take a toll on your body, mind, relationships, and sense of self. And the truth is, healing doesn’t come with a roadmap. It can feel like you’re navigating the dark, trying to hold it all together while still showing up for work, family, and life.
Living with trauma asks you to do the impossible: function like everything’s fine when something inside you is still carrying the weight of what happened.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be ready to start where you are.
Meet Tet
My practice centers trauma-informed therapy that blends science with humanity. I offer space to be seen, to reconnect with who YOU are, and to slowly re-pattern the survival strategies that no longer serve you. Whether you’re dealing with complex trauma, chronic stress, or challenging life transitions, you’re not alone in it.
